As part of the ongoing support for clients, Cognisco offer two types of Question Service contracts: Question Support and Question Validation.

Question Support enables changes to the content of progressive appraisals, to either refine the content or change the content due to changes in the client’s procedures, products or training, etc. This enables critical changes to the appraisal before the appraisal is re-launched.

Question Validation offers a comprehensive service to validate self-authored question and coaching for those clients who have completed the Foundation Level Training. Our Question Validation is also tailored to the client’s needs by offering either a full coaching service with online support to enable one-to-one coaching, or for larger audiences, online coaching. Both approaches are coordinated and hosted by our team of Authoring Consultants who offer a professional and dedicated service to enhance clients’ questions and offer feedback on the question methodology used by Cognisco.
