The training provides Associate, clients and partners with exclusive training in Appraisal Authoring by applying the 8 Steps to Growing a Cognisco. The 8 Steps to Growing a Cognisco is a unique experiential training programme offering clients, partners and Associates an opportunity to expand their understanding of how to develop and author an appraisal while giving a theoretical background to authoring appraisals and questionnaires to more practical solutions on enhancing appraisal questions.
The 8 Steps to Growing a Cognisco training programme takes candidates through the lifecycle of a Cognisco appraisal and the journey in developing an appraisal solution tailored to the client’s requirements. This 2 day programme will enhance the skills of the most experienced author and will foster an interest in crafting questions from a new perspective.
